Congratulations to the 2015 ReUnion Street Festival Coordinator
KINGSTON, ON – The Alma Mater Society (AMS) is pleased to welcome Carolyn Dunk, ArtSci ’15, as the ReUnion Street Festival Coordinator 2015. This position is responsible for the overall planning of the event, including logistical and financial oversight.
The ReUnion Street Festival aims to create a unique atmosphere for meaningful interaction between students and alumni; ultimately strengthening their connection to the university. Following the Festival last October, the Executive went through a lengthy debriefing process alongside university and city officials. Through these discussions, it was clear that there needed to be a specific position that would oversee the event moving forward.
“We are incredibly excited to see Carolyn take over this project for the coming year. She has demonstrated her deep understanding of the value of the Festival and its importance to the Queen’s community. We are confident that she has the dedication needed to make it a success,” said Allison Williams, AMS President.
