The event is open to all members of the Queen’s and Kingston communities, specifically targeting students, faculty, and staff members. Attendance at the event requires attendance in advance, through the Canadian Cancer Society’s portal at (https://relayforlife.ca/queensu). Upon arrival at the event, there will be a formal registration process that includes verifying the participant’s identity and issuing an identifying wristband. The event opens to participants for registration at 6:00 PM on Friday March 31st. The event runs through the evening and morning and will conclude with our closing ceremony at 6:30 AM on Saturday April 1st. Activities include Zumba, live music, food service, auction, raffle, sports, movies, crafts, ceremonies, leg waxing, haircutting, and more. We will be hosting community partners for many of these events. Main guided activities for participants include the opening ceremony, dinner service, luminary ceremony, breakfast service, and closing ceremony.
