Black Youth Business Conference

The Black Youth Business Conference (BYBC) is a one-day conference hosted at the Smith Toronto Campus for Black high school (grades 9-12, with an emphasis on grade 11 and 12) students. The event aims to increase their knowledge of business careers and programs within Ontario. The event allows us to partner with top business schools in Ontario to communicate what successful applications look like and the benefits students receive from a post-secondary education in business.The event features panels from industry leaders, business professionals and admissions officers. It will also contain a student voice. The day is meant to be an honest an open examination of the Black experience at business schools.
