Assembly / Student Consultation Period for Exec Discipline Policy

Following a request from the AMS Assembly; The AMS Board of Directors has opened a Consultation Period as per the request by Assembly of February 10th for the following documents:

C-01 – Draft By-Law Amendments (Suspension and Administrative Leave of Directors)
C-02 – Draft Policy: Executive Director and Officer Accountability & Complaints Process

The Consultation Period will run from February 25th to March 7th at 5pm. To participate you can go to this form link:

Here you can provide feedback and any additional comments on the draft policy and by-law. Further you can contact the Board Chair () or Vice-Chair () to reach out for any questions or if you would be wanting to meet to discuss the policies and their drafts.

The Board recognizes the Assemblies desire for input on Executive Discipline and ensuring students at large are afforded the opportunity as well. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions please make sure to complete the form ahead of the closing of the consultation period.
