AMS Clubs

AMS Clubs are student-run organizations supported by your student government. Each club meets rigorous standards to ensure quality, inclusivity, and positive experiences for all members. Together, they create opportunities for students to connect, grow, and make an impact at Queen’s University.

If you’re a club leader and don’t see your club listed, please submit the Club Directory Request form. Please note that our club directory is currently being revitalized, so the best way to connect with clubs right now is to search for their names on Instagram. We apologize for the inconvenience — we’re working hard to ensure you are properly connected. Check out Instagram @amsquclubs for the latest updates.

Faculty Led-Clubs

Queen’s University is home to over eight faculties, each offering distinct academic focuses and student experiences. While operating independently from the AMS, faculties and their student groups play an important role in enriching student life through clubs, initiatives, and events—many of which are open to students across disciplines. Exploring your faculty’s club directory is a great way to get involved, build skills, and connect with others.

Recreational Clubs at Queen’s

Recreational Clubs at Queen’s offer Queen’s students a wide range of student-run, inclusive, and activity-focused groups where you can stay active, try new things, and connect with others outside of classes. They are part of the Athletics & Recreation program and include a mix of sport, fitness, outdoor, dance, martial arts, and specialty clubs—from run club and climbing club to badminton, dance, martial arts, figure skating, esports, and more. These clubs emphasize fun, community, personal wellness, and skill building rather than varsity-level competition, and are open to students of all experience levels with an ARC membership.
