Diwali Formal is a dinner and dance based event that is hosted to celebrate the Hindu festival of lights and it is an opportunity for South Asian students on campus to celebrate their cultures and backgrounds.

During our members meeting, we have discussions surrounding a mental health topic (for example, anxiety, men's mental health, etc). Our meetings consist of an education section, where our members coordinators provide information on our topic, a discussion, where members discuss how to become advocates, and a section where mental health advocates can share their story.

This event is to showcase Bollywood cinema and culture, open to all Queen's students who are interested.

Queen's Tissue and Organ Donor Advocates will be hosting a study goody bag giveaway at their information booth to increase the awareness of tissue and organ donation. Students and the public are welcome to stop by the information booth to receive their goody bag and listen to what QTODA's club ambitions are.

A relaxing afternoon wine and paint night as the second event for UNICEF week, all proceeds will go towards UNICEF.

Muller Kitchen’s Food Truck will be parked on campus and selling food to anyone passing by and Relay for Life will be collecting donations.

The Life Sci and Biochem DSC presents Yoga with a certified yoga instructor, which will be taking place in Studio 4 of the ARC located on the upper level 2. NOTICE: Yoga mats will not be provided, so students will need to bring their own to ensure safety for the event.

Open to all ArtSci students, the "So You Wanna Run in an Election?" workshop is an opportunity for students who are interested in learning about the elections process, hear from current and past ASUS Exec, and network with other potential candidates/running mates.

This is an opportunity for equity-seeking and equity-deserving students to show off any artwork or creations they normally sell. It is a platform to promote them and their work. Good Times Diner will be offering bakery items by donation to all individuals within the Queen’s community. All donations received will be donated to a local Kingston foodbank to combat food insecurity.

The purpose of this event is to raise money for the Extra Awesome weekly activities. Every week, Queen's student volunteers participate in various activities with kids with disabilities and their siblings. We will be hosting a coffee house to raise funds for these activities and raise awareness for the club as a whole.

The Gender Studies DSC will be pairing with the Sociology DSC to put on a movie for our shared community of students. This is an opportunity for both DSC’s to work together and to create a relationship for more collaborations in the future!

The Smith Commerce Society holds its annual Holiday Hope fundraising event every December to raise money for charity. The purpose of the event is to promote the holiday spirit through student performances while raising awareness and funds for the Tree of Hope foundation.
