The purpose of this event is to raise money for the Extra Awesome weekly activities. Every week, Queen's student volunteers participate in various activities with kids with disabilities and their siblings. We will be hosting a coffee house to raise funds for these activities and raise awareness for the club as a whole.
The Gender Studies DSC will be pairing with the Sociology DSC to put on a movie for our shared community of students. This is an opportunity for both DSC’s to work together and to create a relationship for more collaborations in the future!
The Smith Commerce Society holds its annual Holiday Hope fundraising event every December to raise money for charity. The purpose of the event is to promote the holiday spirit through student performances while raising awareness and funds for the Tree of Hope foundation.

A private screening for the Focus Film Festival club will be held at The Screening Room Kingston. This will be a two hour screening of the film, Titanic. All of the proceeds will go towards their festival happening at the end of January.
