EMPOWER

The EMPOWER Conference is hosted by the Queen’s Student Diversity Project, a Queen’s ratified club committed to inspiring students of diverse backgrounds to pursue their studies at Queen’s University. We were founded in October 2017 and have been doing yearly conferences on our core values since 2020, with this being the 4th installment in that series. We hope to engage students and Queen’s hopefuls in the conversation and create a forum for people to discuss their experiences with adversity and what they learned from it. Food will be served, there will be speakers, and open space will be used for clubs to set up booths. We also expect to do interactive activities like Kahoots!
