At its heart, Bounce is a free ticketing platform designed to make student life easier. Whether you’re heading to a concert, grabbing a spot at a coffeehouse performance, or planning to attend a panel discussion or a Trivia pub night, you’ll be able to secure tickets quickly and without the stress of scattered links or last-minute scrambles. Everything is brought together in one place!
But Bounce doesn’t stop there. As you may know, all clubs ratified under the AMS are entirely and proudly student-run. It is no small feet to run events as a student club. Students must balance the endless amount of responsibilities that come with hosting a successful, and safe event that not only fosters a welcoming environment, but also runs as smoothly as possible. From exploring different systems for ticketing and strategies for promotion, to following the many necessary procedures and policies. Bounce streamlines all these processes into one single app!
It serves as the central home for important forms like event submissions through the Campus Affairs Commission, giving clubs and organizers a much smoother way to plan and promote their activities. For student leaders, this means attending or hosting events feel effortless!
Perhaps one of the most exciting features is the campus-wide events feed. Instead of relying on word of mouth, missing posters in the ARC, or endless scrolling on Instagram, you can now see what’s happening across Queen’s through the app! Although using the Bounce features outside of event forms, such as messaging and ticketing, is not mandatory, it is a great resource and opportunity to make your event logistics easier!
