Clubs Re-ratification

The online club reratification form is currently unavailable (your form does not submit when you click "finalize"). The Clubs Team is currently working with the IT Department to fix this problem. Please be patient while we try and get the form up and running. Clubs will be informed via email when the form operational. Additionaly, please disregard all re-ratification deadlines as we will be issuing a new one as soon as the form is working again.

The Commissioner helps oversee clubs and is responsible for the Clubs Manager and Deputy Commissioner so please contact Stephanie if you have any questions that cannot be answered by the Clubs Manger or Deputy Commissioner. The Commissioner is responsible for all club related activities from May-September so please contact her directly during these months.

Deputy Clubs Manager hired in Sept.

The committee plans and runs Clubs Night and oversees all the clubs affiliated with the AMS. They also run two Focus Sessions which help clubs find the necessary resources to be successful and offer grants and financial support.

The Deputy Commissioner of Internal Affairs chairs Deputy Council and both Assembly Grants & Clubs Grants Committees, and works closely with the Clubs Managers on club administration. He also oversees the Human Resource Management for the Commission.
