Corporate Special General Meeting (5:30pm – 6:30pm)

The CSGM is whereas per AMS By-laws and ONCA requirements; members of the corporation are to approve motions and receive information, often for the CSGM around Audited statements, annual reports of approval, and presentation of board reports. Members of the corporation are those making up voting members of regular assembly (elected facsoc members that sit to represent students on the assembly) and the non-voting members of regular assembly. For the CSGM, the

voting rights are only with members of the corporation and not members of the society (the society (constitution of AMS) is what defines voting rights for the General Assembly to occur following the meeting of the corporate members.) Additionally, this is to serve as an invitation to all students to be able to attend and watch the meeting prior to the Special General Assembly.
