DESCRIPTION:We are a student-run concert orchestra made with the goal of connecting members of different faculties and having fun playing music together. We typically play a variety of classical\, pop\, or themed pieces and are audition-free\, to allow for as many interested people to join as possible. This is our first year running since COVID\, and historically QUCO has run end-of-year performances for Queen’s students\, parents\, etc.\, at Grant Hall\, so this year we are hoping to do the same!

DESCRIPTION:Our Hiel Fellowship Formal is an annual event that has happened in the winter semester as a way to conclude the academic year\, provide a fun opportunity for students to build new relationships\, meet with close friends and a way for us to allow students to conclude and take a break from academic stress. Another purpose of this event is to formally introduce our next executive members for the 2023-2024 year. Given that the club is renewed every semester / year\, this is known as the perfect place and time to introduce the new exec team. At this event\, we also show videos of the past year to recollect and renew cherished memories our club members have shared together through the projector\, do short trivia games and have prizes at the end of the event. We are delighted to have this event re-opened and hopefully annually in the next coming years.

DESCRIPTION:QPK is run by Queen’s University students and is a club based around supporting the local Kingston Parkinson’s Disease Community. Our club strives to increase awareness of Parkinson’s disease (PD)\, foster support on campus\, connect with Kingston support groups\, and fundraise for Parkinson Canada and Parkinson’s disease-related research. It is our hope that QPK can help and equitably support students and members of the Kingston community who are affected by PD.Each year\, QPK organizes an event for World Parkinson’s Day.
