AMS Student Activity Fee OPT-OUT page

Here you will be able to opt-out of any or all of the 2007-08 Optional AMS Student Activity Fees that have automatically been assessed to your account. Should you wish not to pay one or more of these fees you must opt-out via these pages between September 4 and September 21, 2007.

Adjustments arising from opt-outs will appear on your QCARD account by September 25. If you wish, you can print off the summary which will appear at the conclusion of the opt-out process and keep that as your receipt.

In the event you wish to change your opt-out decisions you may do so simply by returning to these pages and entering the change(s) at any time during the September 4-21 opt-out period.

If you are registered in Applied Science, Commerce or Medicine then you have been assessed an optional Faculty-Specific Fee. You may also opt-out of that fee from these pages.

Note that you may not opt-out of the AMS Health and Dental plans from these pages. For information on these opt-outs go to: www.myams.org and click on Health and Dental.
