CFRC presents a Prisoner's Justice Day broadcast, August 10

KINGSTON, ON – CFRC 101.9FM, Kingston's only campus and community radio station, marks the 36th annual Prisoners Justice Day with a special live broadcast on Wednesday, August 10 from 2:30-10pm.

Prisoners Justice Day began in commemoration of Eddie Nalon, who bled to death in the segregation unit of Millhaven Maximum Security Prison on August 10, 1974.  The date has become an annual event in remembrance of all those who have died unnatural deaths behind bars.
