New and improved Clubs manual provides answers to every common question your club night have. This manual also contains important information on re-ratification and more.
Ratification
The Clubs Team can re-ratify an existing club throughout the year. However, all clubs are required to submit re-ratification forms. These will be available online through the "Re-ratification form" link on the left-hand menu bar.
Ratifications for new clubs for the 2008-09 academic year will begin on Sept. 1, 2008 and will be due on Sept. 15, 2008. Application forms will be available online at this time. Please submit your applications to

Those currently existing clubs wishing to re-ratify for the 2008-09 may do so online with the Online Re-ratification Form. Re-ratifications must be submitted by July 12th, 2008 to be considered for next year.
- Bank letters are not available online. You may request a bank letter to open an account by emailing the Clubs Team with the relevant information; the branch you want it addressed to, the person with signing authority & their contact information and position on the club.
- Webspace and emails: to attain these you must email the Commission of Internal Affairs or the Clubs Manager who will verify your status and forward a message to the ITO.
