Composition:

Two members-at-large
One non-student community member
Two AMS Board members (usually the General Manager and a shared vote between the Media and Volunteer Director and the Vice-President (Operations))
Journal Business Manager
Journal Editor-in-Chief(or shared vote if co-editors)
One representative from Journal Editorial Board

The role of AMS Board delegates is to represent the AMS at the Journal and maintain communication and good relations.

The Journal Board is accountable to the AMS Board and budgets and business plans must be presented to the AMS Board for approval before implementation.
