Mandate:

1. to prioritize and manage the timetable of issues which the Board and its various committees must address through the course of the Board\'s tenure.
2. to meet as needed throughout the fiscal year, but in particular at: the commencement of the board\'s term; the beginning of the first semester; and the beginning of second semester
3. to coordinate the flow of matters and documents between the Board and its various committees.
