The Committees of The Board of Directors

The Board has 7 Standing Committees, and sends representatives to 2 other boards or directive councils. Each Committee exists to address standing business of the Board and is expected to report back to it regularly. The Board also has the ability to address issues it feels are not suited to these committees through ad-hoc committees.

It is the functioning of the Committees that often results in a particular Board making a lasting contribution to the society.
